  • Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare timely weekly and monthly commercial reports. Provide clear forecasts for final accounts and cash flow, and support overall commercial strategy with the project team.

  • Agreement of Variations, Claims & Payments
Manage and negotiate claims, variations, and payments on time. Assess and agree on BoQ rates and final accounts to protect value and reduce risk.

  • Site Surveillance & Progress Monitoring
Carry out regular site checks, keep detailed records, and review contractor progress to ensure it meets contract requirements and timelines.

  • Contract Administration & Correspondence
Prepare and manage clear, accurate contractual correspondence that meets project and legal requirements.

You’ll have proven experience in commercial management within large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally in renewable energy or hydroelectric sectors. Familiarity with EPC and remeasurement contracts, as well as current Construction Law, is essential. Experience negotiating and managing subcontractor procurement, claims, variations, and payments on complex projects is highly valued. You should be skilled in monthly commercial reporting, earned value analysis, and financial forecasting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
