About the position:
We are currently looking for an organised and process-driven Procurement Specialist to join the 2.0 Procurement Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a major project environment. Working closely alongside the Procurement Manager and a team of experts, you will receive hands-on mentorship while providing essential administrative and coordination support. If you are eager to learn the ropes of complex contract management and procurement governance, this role is the perfect stepping stone for your career.
Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration Support: Assist in maintaining contract clarification registers, system tracking tools, and procurement schedules to keep the team organized and on track.

Document & Record Management: Help champion robust record-keeping, ensuring all tender documents, RFQ packs, and communications are meticulously filed and managed.

Procurement Coordination: Support the preparation and coordination of tender packages, contracting strategies, and supplier communications.

Reporting & Data Entry: Help generate and maintain detailed reports to monitor the project's procurement pipeline and track work in progress.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a helpful point of contact between technical, scheduling, and document control teams to assist in the review and approval of subcontracting plans.

Continuous Improvement: Bring a fresh perspective! Help the team identify new ways to improve templates, tracking procedures, and everyday processes.
About the location:
This role is located at our Head Office in Cooma, NSW working a standard Monday to Friday work week.
About you:
You don't need to be an expert yet—we are looking for potential, enthusiasm, and a fantastic attitude. You are a highly organised self-starter with a keen eye for detail, ready to absorb new information and grow your commercial skills.

Experience: Experience in administration, procurement support, project coordination, or a similar field.

Education: A Bachelor's degree (in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline) is preferred but not strictly essential.

Eagerness to Learn: A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to develop a career in procurement, contract management, or commercial project delivery.

Administrative Excellence: Great attention to detail and comfortable managing data tracking systems, documents, and spreadsheets.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with team members across different departments.
