About the position:
As a Junior Document Controller, you will be the custodian of our project information. You will manage the Aconex platform, ensuring that drawings, design variations, and quality records are accurate, current, and distributed efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization and takes pride in their work.
This is a 2-year fixed-term role where you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our project documentation and helping our team reach new heights.
Key Responsibilities:

Database Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the project common data environment (Aconex platform).

Document Management: Process high volumes of workflow document reviews, including drawings and scope variations.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and record validation to ensure project information is correct, complete, and compliant.

Process Improvement: Take an active role in formalizing Quality Assurance, WHS, and Document Control procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and internal team members.

This role will require you to work from our Head Office in Cooma, NSW.
