The opportunity

As the Executive Assistant & Administration Coordinator, you'll provide vital support to the General Manager, Engineering & Quality, and the Head of People & Culture for Snowy 2.0. This dynamic role involves comprehensive administrative assistance, managing the full employee lifecycle, and driving People & Culture initiatives. You'll ensure smooth operations by maintaining accurate records and promptly addressing inquiries from employees and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

 

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and prioritization of communications.
  • Stakeholder & Project Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key liaison and supporting the organization of high-level events related to the Snowy 2.0 project.
  • HR & Recruitment Administration: Deliver end-to-end administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment activities like candidate co-ordination and onboarding to maintaining HR data, supporting performance processes, and coordinating training.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements across HR and administrative processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
