About the position:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic, hands-on role in a tight-knit team? As a Management Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our regional operations, supporting training, HR administration, and site coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to play a key role in keeping our workforce organised, trained, and engaged. With a mix of administrative tasks and customer-facing responsibilities, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly at our site.

About the location:

This is a DIDO position based in Cabramurra on a 4 days on, 4 days off roster. The successful candidate must live within the surrounding regions and be comfortable working in a remote environment. 

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and coordinate training for approx. 50 employees, ensuring compliance and required licensing is maintained.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external providers to schedule training, book venues, and organise logistics (accommodation, meals, travel).
  • Monitor training records and ensure compliance within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Be the first point of contact at the site office, welcoming visitors, managing room bookings, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with onboarding, inductions, and new starter requirements, including accommodation and site access.
  • Support recruitment activities as needed, coordinating job requisitions and assisting with the selection process.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on EA interpretation and HR procedures.
  • Manage timesheets, allowances, and payroll administration in the HRIS system.
  • Organise and maintain regional records, meeting minutes, and reporting.
  • Allocate company accommodation and ensure compliance with site policies.
  • Administer EAP services and promote employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support managers with engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and organised workplace culture.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in HR, training coordination, or administrative support (3+ years preferred).
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to problem-solve and adjust to changing schedules.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and remote environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, LMS platforms, and Google-Suite.
